Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jacksonville Airport, An Ihg Hotel, Jacksonville

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the front desk went out of their way to offer me a king-size suite when I faced issues with rodents in my room, it was a hassle to consider moving. The maintenance of the jacuzzi Spa was a letdown, and the pool area was messy due to diners not respecting the facility rules. However, the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
